Welcome to our farm, near Christchurch in The South Island

Experience a unique stay in a cosy cottage on an Angora goat farm.
The goats graze next to the cottage and you will be able to meet them if you wish.
The farm is located 6 km from Oxford, and is just 20 minutes from the Christchurch – West Coast Road (State Highway 73). It’s an easy 55 minutes from Christchurch Airport.
It’s a beautiful serene retreat. You’ll have a panoramic view of Mount Oxford and the southern alp foothills. It’s also a dark sky reserve so you’ll be treated to incredible sunsets and star gazing.
There’s plenty to do nearby with hiking, mountain biking, and fishing opportunities within just 10 minutes.
The large farm covers 120 acres near the foothills, so you can unwind in complete peace and privacy without any nearby neighbours. You’ll enjoy the company of the goats of course and there may be cattle and sheep in our nearby paddocks. Kid goats and lambs are born in springtime and we are happy to introduce you to them. Relax on the verandah or by the log burner, and take a stroll in the paddock.
